The Green Bay Packers swept the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. This did not change their NFC playoff picture placement at all and they remained in sixth place, but they could move up with a loss to the Chicago Bears on Friday. Instead, the Bears defeated the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago moved back into first place.
With the loss the Eagles dropped from second to third place in the overall NFC standings.

Detroit’s loss keeps them out of the NFC playoff picture. They are games derived from wild card slots.
