Megan Thee Stallion Cooks Thanksgiving Meal for Boyfriend Klay Thompson and His Family

On Friday, November 28, the “Body” rapper, 30, shared footage of how she prepared a Thanksgiving meal for the 35-year-old Dallas Mavericks basketball player and his family the day before.

“What’s going on, y’all? This is you girl Megan Thee Stallion, aka The Hot Girl Coach, and b—- I’m whispering ’cause Kel is still in his food coma from last night,” she said in a voiceover, which accompanied a selfie-style recap shared to Instagram.

In the clip, the “Sweetest Pie” artist stood at a stove, stirring a large pot of greens that she had let cook overnight. Her hair was pinned up as she wore a white tank top with red and white boxer shorts.

“Right here, I’m making my dressing. I don’t call it ‘stuffing’ baby, because it’s a dressing, it’s a Southern thing,” she said, continuing the recording.

Next was the main course.

“Okay, I’m preparing my turkey, b—-, I’ve already given it the BBL and injected that thing with all the flavor last night,” she said and continued with her cooking video.

Switching to macaroni, Megan admitted, “I was really nervous, because I was like, ‘Dang, I actually cook for my man and his whole family.’ I hope he likes it because I get a chance to show him that I really love him, son!”

The Grammy winner also shared which dish she thinks no one can compete with, saying, “Baby let me tell you, nobody is looking at me on barbecue baked beans. If you want to negotiate, let me know because I’m sure I’ll win.”

Once her meal prep was complete, it was time for Megan to do her hair and makeup, which she also recorded in the clip.

“And then we quickly left and we took all the food to Thompson,” she said, showing the food ready for transport.

“Mr. Thompson definitely said 10 out of 10, I could easily own my own restaurant, but I didn’t want to record him saying that because I was trying to be respectful,” she said of her boyfriend’s father, who told ESPN LA just a day earlier that Megan would be preparing the turkey.

“All black women are good cooks,” the 70-year-old former Los Angeles Lakers player said during the interview.

The “Savage” rapper showed off video of her boyfriend, who she made her red carpet debut with, fixing a plate at their inaugural Pete and Thomas Foundation Gala in NYC on July 16.

“It’s Clay, he’s so ready to eat, he’s tired of listening to me talk,” Megan joked. “I said, ‘Bay, what are you grateful for? He said, ‘Girl, get over that table. I don’t want to hear you anymore.'”

She showed off the table arrangement to friends and family and said, “Everything turned out wonderful.”
