Malik Davis start or sit: Week 13 fantasy football advice

Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season begins with a Thanksgiving Day triple-header with the Kansas City Chiefs visiting the Dallas Cowboys at 4:30 pm ET on CBS in the other matchup.

The Cowboys successfully overcame a 21-point deficit against the Eagles last Sunday, winning 24–21 via a last-second field goal and keeping themselves in the NFC playoff race. Running back Malik Davis has been on a winning streak the past two weeks and has currently been rewarded with a spot on the 53-man roster.

Below, we’ll discuss Davis’ outlook in fantasy football for Week 13.

Fantasy Football Analysis: Cowboys WR Malik Davis

Davis offered three carries for 24 yards on the ground in Sunday’s win over the Eagles, following his 20-yard effort against the Raiders a week earlier. With rookie Jaden Blue remaining healthy over the past month, the Cowboys are in need of a proper RB2 behind Javonte Williams and Davis has stepped straight up from the practice squad to fill that role. We’ll see if the fourth-year player out of Florida will be in line for more snaps this big holiday season.

sitUnless you’re in a very deep league, I wouldn’t recommend rushing to put Davis in your lineup, However, I would recommend keeping an eye on him because if he sees an increase in workload, he could become a valuable waiver addition for the fantasy playoffs,
