Lego’s Wild New ‘Stranger Things’ Set Takes You Inside Vecna’s Mind

It’s been six years since Lego first went to the Upside Down stranger things set (aside from a brief detour of Brick Maker’s chibi “Brickheadz” figures), and it feels like we’ve been waiting just that long for the final season to arrive (thankfully, it wasn’t quite that long). He Bad wait) But now, both of them are meeting each other again in a coincidental moment.

Today LEGO officially unveiled its next stranger things The set, Creel House, is timed to celebrate the launch of the show’s fifth and final season on Netflix. The new 2,593-piece set lets fans build a 20-inch-wide, approximately 12-inch-tall mask that mimics the Gothic manor owned by the Creel family… that, with a flip of a lever, can instantly disintegrate and expand into a fragmented version of the house that forms Vecna’s lair of the mind, complete with a ghostly grandfather clock at its center.

As well as the transformative feature, the Creel House set includes a series of other rooms behind the facade stranger things Easter eggs, including Alice and Henry’s bedroom, and even a little hidden feature that lets you “transform” the included Henry minifigure (in his season five guise as the mysterious “Mr. Whatsit”) into Vecna’s new and improved form. In addition to the house, the set also lets you build two small vehicles with it: a WSQK radio van and Steve’s beloved red Beamer.
