That girl is Katie (Natalie Grace). She disappeared eight years ago while on a trip to Egypt with her parents (Jack Reynor and Lia Costa), but suddenly turns up in a coffin.

Great question! Answer: Obviously nothing good, because as the trailer reveals, Katie is now a mummified husk who bites people’s hands and talks about how fun it is to die. His parents were overjoyed to have him back, and brought him home.
