Kyle Richards took a rare look at his love life, just weeks after making a bombshell revelation about his sexuality at BravoCon.
When the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was asked about dating on “Live with Kelly & Mark” on Monday, Richards clarified that she’s “not someone who’s going to get on a dating app.”
“That’s not my style,” the Bravolebrity, 56, quipped.
When asked how she plans to find a partner, the reality star joked, “They’ll have to knock on my door. I guess I’m not going to go out.”
Richards said she is “keeping myself busy with work,” while also helping plan daughter Alexia’s September wedding to Jake Zingerman.
“I’m fine,” she said, insisting that her “biggest fear” was “(being) alone” following her split from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky.
“I couldn’t even say the word ‘single’ for so long because I was a wife and a mother. That was my identity,” she recalled.
However, the actress has found that she is “actually pretty good” at being alone.
Richards, 55, and Umansky split in the summer of 2023. The former couple has not yet filed for divorce.
Umansky has been romantically linked to several women since the split, with the “Buying Beverly Hills” star most recently packing on the PDA with “FBoy Island” star Selissa “CJ” Franco.
For his part, Richards sparked widespread romance rumors with singer Morgan Wade in 2023 – but repeatedly said they were “very close” friends as speculation about his sexuality continued.
In the trailer for season 15 “RHOBH” that aired at BravoCon last month, Richards appeared to hint at her bisexuality by saying, “I could go Brad (Pitt), I could go Angelina (Jolie).”
The “Little House on the Prairie” alum later told Variety that she made the statement to “make (her co-stars) laugh”, noting that she “doesn’t like labels” but that “people can think whatever they want.”
Richards continued, “I’m growing and evolving, and my mind has opened up. So I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds now, and I’m okay with that.”
When reporters told Richards that they were both gay, she responded, “Ha! That would never have occurred to me before, never in my life – and now I think, it’s totally a choice. Honestly, I’m just here to see what life brings me.”
She further added, “I don’t want to be set up with anyone. Whatever happens, happens and I’m happy with it. I also like to travel alone with myself.”
Elsewhere in the interview, the ‘Halloween’ star called Umansky her ‘type: tall, dark and handsome.’
The couple married in 1996, four years after Richards ended her first marriage to ex-husband Gurash Aldjufry.
