Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt had an agreement with Chris Pratt before she married him.
Katherine told Fox News Digital that she has agreed with the Marvel star that if they get married, the holiday season at their home will start on November 1.
When asked if she would turn on her Christmas lights right after Halloween, Katherine said, “Yes, that was an agreement that my husband and I made before we got married. The Christmas lights and Christmas music will go up starting on November 1.
“And my daughter Eloise recently said to me, ‘Mommy, it’s Halloween and then Christmas, right?’ And I said, ‘Sure.’ That’s my baby right there. She understood. So, we are united.”

Katherine, who recently released her latest children’s book, “Cat and Brandy,” explained that she loves Thanksgiving, but you can also celebrate that holiday “in the presence of Christmas lights.”

“Yes, this was an agreement my husband and I made before we got married. The Christmas lights and Christmas music will start on November 1.”
There are many parts of the holidays that Katherine loves, but being able to see it through her children’s eyes is special.

“The holiday season, like November 1st, is my time. It’s like my time of the year, it’s a time to melt out of the icy part of me that I’ve been living in and truly emerge as a Christmas queen.

“Also, being able to see the holidays now and see the holidays through kids’ eyes is also very special. So, I love all the holiday traditions, decorations are a big part of it.”

Pratt and Katherine married in 2019 and have daughters Lyla and Eloise. They welcomed their son, Ford, in November 2024. The actor also has son Jack with ex-wife Anna Faris.
