As Oracle Corporation’s (NYSE:ORCL) partnership with OpenAI continues to gain media attention, the company is once again on Jim Cramer’s radar. He discusses the firm in nearly every appearance, and even says that concerns over the firm’s AI orders are “legitimate” questions. In this appearance, the CNBC TV host discusses Oracle Corporation’s (NYSE:ORCL) relationship with OpenAI. The relationship, which he described as “a real coup” in January, has Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) instead of Microsoft as a major OpenAI partner. In this appearance, Cramer commented that the companies were now competing with Google and Meta as part of Gemini 3 and aggressive spending:
“But I will say this, there are going to be winners and losers and that’s what’s happening right now, And this OpenAI-Oracle axis, that’s what you have to worry about, The OpenAI and Oracle axis,,, I think they, OpenAI, now have to make the leap with Google and it’s very hard because it turns out, the Google-Gemini combination is extraordinary,,, So I think, Oracle, AI, there seems to be a little bit of a hard movement against them, because you know Zuckerberg has them Social is not letting up, because Zuckerberg is the spending king,” (Carl pointed out that the stock broke the 200-day moving average) This is a Safra-less Oracle, Safra-less Oracle, , , “At the bottom of the FT article it just said, Safra Catz was unhappy with the (inaudible) balance sheet,”
