The influencer appeared on a stream with Ryan Garcia, who inquired about their relationship status.
“Don’t you have a boyfriend yet?” he asks, to which she says, “No, no boyfriend. I think that’s the way it should be.”
When Garcia says he thought he and DDG were dating, Love says, “No, I mean we were like good friends. … We were never in a relationship.”
India and DDG sparked dating rumors over the summer. Love responded to the speculation in June, telling TMZ that their relationship was completely platonic.
“He’s a great person, he’s a great person,” Love told the outlet while she and DDG were participating in a late-night stream together. “I don’t know what God has said for my life, but I know he’s a great guy. You’ve got to be among the people that come after you, and he’s definitely somebody that’s right in my corner, and I’m always going to be right in his corner, too. So yeah, thanks to DDG.”
A month later, the outlet contacted DDG, who also downplayed their relationship. At the time, she gifted Love an iced-out heart necklace during the livestream. When speaking to TMZ, the YouTuber called him a “friend” and explained that he had done “good things” for him, and he was “repaying the favor” with a chain that was reportedly worth $25,000.
