Step 2: Accounts and Lists
click on accounts and lists In the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Redeem or Reload Gift Card
Once clicked, you will be able to see the current balance on your gift card. If you are checking the balance on an unredeemed gift card and want to redeem it, you can click on Redeem a Gift CardYou can also choose this option reload your card In this menu or check your transaction history, listed below Gift Card Balance.

How to check your Amazon gift card balance in the app
Step 1: Go to Account
Open the app and click on Account icon at the bottom of the landing page (small person illustration). then choose Account At the top of the landing page.
