tests Ark Raiders effectively has a ranking system where you compete against other players for high scores on five challenges each week. When you complete a task for this week’s challenges, you’ll earn points for that objective and a spot on the leaderboard.
Competition can be intense, to say the least. But if you want to earn all the unique trial rewards, you’ll have to go ahead and try. Below, I’ll explain all of this week’s trial challenges and the best way to complete them for a high score.
Ark Raiders test this week

Right off the bat, it’s important to understand how scoring works. First of all, your personal best score during a race for each challenge only contributes to your overall ranking, so you need to be prepared.
Secondly, you can Earn double test score points when map conditions are activatedLike Night Raid, Electromagnetic Storm and Hidden Bunker, so you are always best in attempting challenges on these runs. Plus, it’s basically always easier to try these with two other players, not only because it’s easier to survive, but also because the score is often shared, allowing you to earn higher scores with much less effort.
Here’s how to get a high score on this week’s testing challenges (Week 5), available from Monday, November 24 to Monday, December 1:

damage rocketeers |
The best location I have found for this challenge is the Dam Battleground at night, as there are often Rocketeers around the North Complex lift in Power Generation, southeast of the Hydroponic Dome Complex near the dam wall, and between Research & Administration and the Red Lakes Balcony lift. Another option is to go to any rooftop during the Spaceport Hidden Bunker event, as there are plenty of Rocketeer spawns around the Launch Tower, and this event gives you an extra ten minutes. Whatever option you choose, these special enemies will respawn every ten minutes. Bring some great guns, wolfpack grenades, and barricades. |
|
Download data during Hidden Bunker |
While this event is active on any map, complete it as normal by activating all antennas in each corner of the map to open the Hidden Bunker and then download the data from the computer as normal. It’s more about waiting (and avoiding campers) than anything else. Disappointingly, this event is only active for one hour a day. Check Metaforge’s event timer to find out when it’s available in your region. |
|
Find the First Wave Husk |
The objective sounds more confusing than it actually is and is limited to looting pre-determined Ark Zombies, such as Barons, Rocketeers, Wasps, and Hornets, around the map. They are usually slightly buried in the ground. Spaceport is a great map for this as there are 38 of these Husks (map above thanks to Metaforge), with fuel processing, fuel lines, fuel storage and a lot around the departure building in the southwest. It doesn’t matter if someone has beaten you, because you just need to open their list. It’s more than possible to three-star this task on a standard run, though you’ll still earn double points during a status event like Knight or Hidden Bunker. |
|
damaged stitches |
It’s a simple objective but it’s also hard to adapt to, since all you have to do is kill the Sneetches. One thing you can do to make this easier is to get to higher ground, like the top of the control tower at the Dam Battleground or the departure building at the spaceport, and use a long-range weapon like the Osprey to take out the Snitch from a distance. This challenge can be done on any map, but it is much harder to find a safe spot and avoid drawing players’ attention on maps like Buried City, for example. |
|
Damaged ground-based arch enemy |
This is probably the most straightforward as it counts everything from queens and matriarchs to leapers, bombardiers, bastions, pops, fireballs and ticks. With the Hellcracker nerf, this will be a little harder than before, but you’ll want to hunt down the Arcs. I recommend taking advantage of the Spaceport Hidden Bunker event for bonus time and bringing strong gear like Anvils, Showstoppers, Blaze Grenades, and Deadline Mines. Otherwise, head to the Dam Battlegrounds to hunt down the Leapers in the Water Treatment, Red Lake, Breach and Testing Annexes, the Bombardier in the Primary Facility, and the Bastions in the Hydroponics and Pipeline Towers. |
Ark Raiders Trial Rewards

There are two types of rewards for competing in the testing system: Challenge Rewards and Seasonal Rewards. Challenge rewards are earned by earning points on tasks each week, and basically just give you a loot box (though these can include blueprints).
Seasonal rewards are much more exciting, giving you special items based on your final rank at the end of the season. The current season’s awards are:
- Rookie II: happy jig quote
- Rookie III: black eye face style
- Striving Me: archaeologist backpack color
- Tryhard III: Briefcase Backpack Attachment
- Wildcard I: Mastery Medal Backpack Charm
- Wildcard III: price of bow and arrow
- Daring Me: patrol outfit and hat
- Cantina Legend: scarlet black color for patrol dress
