Troubled “Home Improvement” star Zachary Ty Bryan is back in Lane County Jail on a probation violation related to his previous domestic violence case in Oregon, according to jail records.
Brian, 44, was booked on Saturday, November 29. His three-year probation sentence for a fourth-degree assault conviction in 2023 will not expire until October 2026.

Joni Faye Cartwright, 32, the victim in that case and the mother of three of Bryan’s seven children, was also arrested Saturday. He is charged with driving under the influence, three counts of reckless endangerment and attempted first-degree assault. He is expected to be arraigned on Monday afternoon.
Bryan was first arrested in Eugene in 2020 after he and Cartwright got into a drunken altercation at her Eugene apartment.

Initially charged with several crimes, he was eventually convicted of uttering threats and was on probation for that case when the second one occurred.
He has since been arrested in Oklahoma for DUII and in South Carolina for attacking and strangling Cartwright.
