This 21 year old girl is a resident of Lino Lake, Minnesota Representing Team USA in five events at Milan-Cortina d’Ampezzo. Greta made her Olympic debut in the 3000 m and missed a medal in the team pursuit.
An Olympic Tote Bag for Mom
And when she’s not on the ice, Greta escapes it all with a relaxing hobby – crochet. He performed one of his latest creations after the Olympic trials at the beginning of the year. in one Instagram Post, Greta shared the results – A Stylish Olympic Tote Bag With the American flag in the shape of a heart. She explained that she took some liberties with the design of the bag, which She knitted especially for her mother Taking him to his first Olympic Games while cheering him on.
“It has been very therapeutic for me. It’s given me a good outlet besides skating that I can focus on“You have to trust the process, and you have to accept that sometimes it’s not going to be perfect,” Greta told HuffPost.
Greta’s mother will be proudly carrying her Olympic tote bag as she watches her daughter compete in the women’s 1500m event.
