Florida State basketball, after three tune-up games in Tallahassee, will once again hit the road to face an SEC opponent.
FSU (5-1) will face the Texas A&M Aggies (5-2) in a neutral-site showdown in Tampa, playing inside Benchmark International Arena (formerly known as Amaali Arena).
This is the first matchup between the two programs since Florida State’s 57–50 victory in the 2011 NCAA Tournament, with FSU holding a 3–1 series lead all-time.
Like FSU, Texas A&M has also not won a game against a power conference opponent so far this season. So far in 2025, the Aggies are 0–2 against major opponents, losing games to Oklahoma State and UCF, with the Seminoles’ only loss being a 78–76 loss to Florida.
According to FanDuel, Florida State is a 1.5-point favorite with the over/under set at 167.5.
