Ellie Goulding Is Pregnant! Singer Expecting Baby No. 2, Her First with Beau Minniear

Ellie Goulding is pregnant!

The 38-year-old singer announced she is expecting her second child while walking the red carpet during the 2025 Fashion Awards in London, England on Monday, December 1. The new addition is Golding and her boyfriend Beau Minear’s first child, a source confirmed to People.

Goulding could be seen wearing a leather jacket over a black crop top, which stopped just above her bare bust. She also wore black shorts and black sunglasses with black heels.

The musician is already mother to four-and-a-half-year-old son Arthur, whom she shares with her ex-husband Caspar Jopling.

The “Love Me Like You Do” singer and Minear, 28, went public with their romance during an outing in London in September. The two have been spending time together since at least July, when Minear shared an adorable photo of Goulding on Instagram.

In a post on the social media platform on July 29, Minnear included photos of herself and some picturesque locations, as well as a shot of Goulding lying naked on a bed, with her arm, side and thigh visible, but her face mostly obstructed. She liked the post and commented with a red heart.

The relationship came to light in February 2024, after Golding and art dealer Jopling announced their separation after four and a half years of marriage.

“In light of recent stories, I feel I have no choice but to let you all know that Casper and I privately parted ways some time ago,” Goulding wrote on Instagram Stories at the time. “We remain the closest of friends and are successfully co-parenting with our sons’ best interests at heart. We are committed to protecting our family’s privacy and thank people in advance for respecting our wishes – we will have no further comment. Thank you.”

She also shared a message from Jopling on Instagram Stories: “Hi guys – hope you’re having a great day. I (sadly) feel like I need to say something on my and Ellie’s current relationship, I hope more than anything that any final tabloid speculation will disappear. Ellie and I decided to separate some time ago.”

He continued: “Our closest family and close friends have known for some time – otherwise we decided to do everything we could to keep it private. Ellie and I are the closest of friends and, most importantly, ‘co-parent’ the best baby in the world, Arthur. That’s the last thing I want to say on this – and please ask you to respect mine and Ellie’s privacy. Thank you so much, Caspar.”

Last November, Goulding shared a rare photo of herself and her son Arthur on Instagram. In the adorable picture, the mother-son duo can be seen dressed up as Marvel characters Spiderman and Miles Morales, while the proud mom kissed her son on the cheek.

Goulding, who almost never shows her son on social media, made sure Arthur’s face was covered by his Miles Morales mask in the image.
