For fantasy managers, the Chicago Bears have been one of the more disappointing teams in the NFL this season. Although there are still plenty of points to be made, the proliferation of crime has made things difficult to manage.

Rome Odunze is the number one option, but he has been one of the most inconsistent players in fantasy since Week 5. Meanwhile, DJ Moore and Luther Burden III have had their moments, both creating a lot of intrigue this season.

In Week 13 against the Philadelphia Eagles, the Bears wide receivers could be in line for a strong day. But, it is nearly impossible for fantasy managers to figure out which receiver to start. While Odunze is number one, what should fantasy managers do with Burden and Moore?

Luther Burden III vs. DJ Moore: Fantasy Lineup Advice for Week 13

For starters, the matchup against the Eagles isn’t the easiest, but it could be incredibly beneficial for the Bears’ wide receivers. His production will take a huge hit when he faces off against Quinyon Mitchell.

But if Cooper is aligned opposite DeJean or the Eagles’ other cornerback, possibly Adoree Jackson, that Bears wide receiver will have an advantage.

Since Mitchell isn’t traveling up the slot, any time the Bears wide receiver lines up in the slot will have an advantage this week.

The Bears rotate their slot wide receivers, with Moore, Burden, Odunze and even Colseton Loveland all seeing time in the slot. When the Bears wide receiver is in the slot or lines up opposite the Eagles CB2, they will have an advantage.

While Odunze is a decent, but risky starting option this week, Moore and Burden have much more challenging decisions to make.

Burden is on the rise, having seen more goals in his last three games (13) than in any other three games in his career. During this period, he had 8.1, 5.7 and 9.1 fantasy points in the full PPR league.

Moore, on the other hand, has been incredibly inconsistent. He had 22.98 points in Week 9, but followed up with 0.0, 3.1 and 23.4 fantasy points over the next three weeks. It’s been feast or famine for Moore lately, making this week a risky start.

Moore should be in the lineup over Burden this week, as the rookie receiver has not played all of Olamide Zaccheus’ snaps yet.

While Burden is a capable reserve, he is not worthy of starting unless the manager is in trouble. Ben Johnson has talked about Burden increasing snaps, but for now, Burden can’t be trusted in the lineup unless fantasy managers have no other options.

In Week 13 against the Eagles, Moore and Odunze are off to better starts, with both flex plays against a tough, but beatable, Philadelphia defense.
