What would you do

  • Ship End-to-End Features: Transform rough ideas and user feedback into refined flows – wireframes → interactive figmas → production React/Node.
  • Run Web Roadmap: Propose improvements to mobile and VR platforms, social flows, profiles, search, chat and AI, balancing scope and delivery, speed and quality.
  • Create a design system: Create reusable components and interaction patterns; Advocate for consistency across mobile web and in-VR web surfaces.
  • Hit Performance Budget: Optimize for fast loading and 60fps interactions on mobile and VR.
  • Quality loop tighteners: Run device analytics, lightweight usability tests, and quickly iterate based on real player behavior.

Qualifications – You are…

  • The designer (or interested engineer) who created the code: 3-6+ years building consumer web products. Strong Figma skills and a shipped portfolio design + code Work.
  • Front-End Strong: Expert in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Layouts, Animations, Responsive Design). You care about spacing, typography, and micro-interactions.
  • Performance-minded: Comfortable profiling, code-splitting, image/asset strategy, caching/CDN, and keeping bundles lean.
  • Practical and fast: You scope well, communicate clearly, and ship consistently without sacrificing polish.
  • Entrepreneur: High-ownership, comfortable with ambiguity. Pre-founder and creator People who like to run away from problems do very well here.
