Our clients are boutique and mid-market executive search firms that are transitioning from legacy platforms – and they need someone to make that transition seamless.
🔍Who are you?
- You are comfortable writing TypeScript/SQL scripts to transform, clean, and move dirty data from one system to another
- You are extremely detail-oriented. There is no margin for error in data migration and you take pride in getting things right.
- You intuitively access AI tools (cloud code, cursors, etc.) to automate repetitive work instead of doing it manually. You’re always looking for ways to use AI to make processes faster and more efficient.
- You have some understanding of database optimization – you know why a poorly structured query or schema matters
- You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people when needed
- You have an “anything goes” attitude. If something needs to be live by Friday, you’ll figure it out.
- You write clean, maintainable code and document your work so that processes get better over time
▪ Bonus points if you…
- Have previously worked with a CRM or ATS platform (or any system with unstructured, relational data)
- Have experience with APIs, data pipelines or ETL processes
- Have practical experience with database performance tuning, indexes, or query optimization
- Have done any type of customer-facing technical work – support, consulting, freelance projects, anything
- Have worked on early stage startups
