Crowdcast | Run every event—without switching tools

Hello everyone – Sai here, Co-founder of Crowdcast 👋

One thing kept coming up again and again over the years:

Running an event requires a lot of tools.

People use Zoom for meetings, webinar platforms for presentations, and streaming tools to go live on social media. Each format means changing platforms, relearning workflows, and piecing things together.

It never felt right.

So with this release, we stepped back and asked:

What if one platform could handle every type of event?

That’s why this version of Crowdcast came into existence.

Now you can:

  • Run interactive workshops with people on screen

  • Host a webinar with up to 3,000 people in the audience

  • When someone raises their hand, bring them on stage

  • And produce sophisticated livestreams with built-in media and stage controls

All in one place.

One thing we’re particularly excited about:

👉 You can keep participants visible in the gallery, but muted by default—and bring them instantly to the stage. This keeps the sessions interactive without becoming cluttered.

We’re still not trying to replace Zoom for small internal meetings — but for everything else, it’s the simplest way to run events.

Would love to hear what you think – especially:

  1. What types of events are you running today?

  2. What tools are you currently stitching together?

Happy to answer anything and would really appreciate your feedback🙏
