It’s official! Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu and director Raj Nidimoru, we can confirm, have indeed tied the knot.
“The wedding took place early in the morning at the Linga Bhairavi temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre,” a source told HT City.
We further learned that there were a total of 30 guests, “Samantha wore a red saree for the wedding.”
Speculation had started since late Sunday night whether the two were headed to the altar. Raj’s ex-wife Shyamali Dey had also posted a cryptic quote on her Instagram stories, “Desperate people do desperate things”, which raised eyebrows all around. According to reports, she and Raj got divorced in 2022.
Rumors about Raj and Samantha’s growing closeness surfaced in early 2024. And last year, Samantha had taken precautions by posting pictures with Raj on her social media accounts.
Samantha was previously married to actor Naga Chaitanya. However, they separated after four years of marriage and he married actor Shobhita Dhulipala.
