It seems that given the way Opus 4.5 performed in these tests, it has the potential to become the AI model of choice for aspiring coders as well as experienced programmers. And Anthropic is taking this further by bringing additional upgrades to its Cloud Code product.

According to Anthropic, along with Opus 4.5, Cloud Code will receive two more upgrades. Anthropic says Cloud Code’s Plan mode “now creates more accurate plans and executes more thoroughly” and is now available in its desktop app, allowing users to run multiple sessions simultaneously. Anthropic provides an example in which one AI agent fixes a bug while another does research on GitHub.

Additionally, Anthropic is widely introducing two other products, Cloud for Chrome and Cloud for Excel, to more customers. Opus 4.5 will be able to showcase its multitasking capabilities in these products as users can assign parallel tasks to AI agents in their browser or in their spreadsheets.
Opus 4.5 also brings some memory upgrades to the AI model that will now let users chat without any limits. Clause will now summarize earlier conversations and allow users to continue the same chat thread for as long as they want.
