Watford up below GraciaPublished at 19:48 GMT
Birmingham vs Watford (20:00 GMT)
Watford have gone undefeated in five consecutive matches to keep them in the promotion race, with only league leaders Coventry City having beaten them in their last seven matches.
Is this what the club were hoping to see when they sacked former boss Paulo Pezzolano to bring back Javi Gracia?
To be honest, it’s hard to know what the powers that be at Watford are thinking, but one thing’s for sure – if the Hornets win at the Fortress of St Andrews, the Spaniard is definitely working some magic.
This would announce the team as a true championship threat and Garcia believes there is more to come from his men.
“The players are working very hard and showing the spirit needed to compete well,” Garcia told BBC 3CR.
“At this moment, my responsibility is to try to find a way to improve the level of the team with this effort, with this attitude, with this spirit.
“In my opinion, we have good qualities, individual qualities. We have to build a more competitive team and that’s my job.”
