Read my review of the Eufy E20 3-in-1,
The Eufy E20 3-in-1 is a wonderful find for those who can’t choose between a robot vacuum or a cordless stick vacuum – because it’s both. This convertible robot vac is a great way to make the most of a tight storage situation, bolstering the robot vacuum’s automation and handheld freedom to clean windows, furniture, and car seats.
Although the Eufy E20 covers three different types of vacuuming, it doesn’t cover mopping at all. The ideal home environment would be mostly carpet or rugs, where you won’t be using the robot mop very much anyway.
The whole pro-keeping your dog on furniture crowd knows that couches, beds, and car seats are just as covered in hair as the floor. (Cat parents really don’t have a choice – Furniture Desire Be cute.) For cases like these, Eufy noted that many people’s dream vacuum setup would actually be both a robot vacuum and a cordless stick vacuum. Thus, the E20 3-in-1 was born. This is a smart mapping robot vacuum that uses the handled piece of a cordless vacuum as a motor. To switch between them, you can pull the motor out of the robot vacuum body and click it onto a stick vacuum or handheld vacuum attachment.
The Eufy E20 is excellent as a shedding sidekick because it can clean a variety of surfaces covered in pet hair — not because it’s the most powerful robot vacuum I’ve tested or anything. The robot vacuum’s suction power of 8,000 Pa is satisfactory for visible crumbs, kitty litter, and hair, fur, or fuzzies that haven’t yet formed a cast on the carpet. For more stubborn pet hair and better corner cleaning, you can easily remove the cordless stick vacuum attachment. It boosts the suction power to 30,000 Pa, which is stronger than any other robot vacuum on this list.
I had no complaints about the mapping capabilities of the Eufy E20. It created a highly accurate map of my bedrooms and bathrooms on the first try, and the app’s color-coded map is far more intuitive than the in-app maps for other budget-friendly robot vacuums.
