Best massage gun under $200
The Hypervolt 2 is the best percussion massage gun on the market (for most people). At 1.8 pounds, it’s light enough to pick up after an intense workout, and the 60-watt brushless motor provides a relatively quiet bump. It has three speed settings and five interchangeable heads (fork, ball, cushion, flat, and bullet), and it’s built with a pressure sensor that tells you when you’re pushing too hard, much like an electric toothbrush. You can typically get about three hours of continuous use per charge, and since it’s TSA-friendly, you can keep it in your carry-on for longer trips.
The best recovery shoes are on sale
Hyperboot is on sale for the first time. These recovery boots combine the brand’s HEAT technology with its NormaTech-like compression for warm, pressure therapy that feels incredible before and after a workout. You can toggle between three compression levels (50, 130, and 210 mmHg) and heat (111, 118, and 125 degrees Fahrenheit) using the built-in control panel. Slip both on, and they sync automatically. You typically get about 90 minutes of continuous use per charge, depending on how hot and tight you run them. They are IP54 rated, which means they are dust and splash resistant. They’re also TSA-approved.
These compression sleeves are a travel essential
Whether I’m running, traveling, or sitting at my desk for too long, my calves are the first to feel pain. Hyperice’s portable air-compression sleeves have become my go-to solution when I have pain or stiffness. These are also a useful treatment if you are struggling with poor circulation or chronic pain. It has seven intensity levels, 360-degree compression, and three overlapping zones that provide a rhythmic relief that I can’t get from a massage gun. I would happily pay full price for a Normatec Go, so it’s a pleasant surprise to see them on sale.
This shoulder wrap is discounted to $130
The Hyperice X Shoulder is a contrast therapy wrap that’s smarter than your typical ice pack or heating pad. With five levels of heat, cold, and compression, you can dial in exactly what you need. It is helpful for warm-up and recovery, but especially for the rehabilitation of minor strains. The battery lasts for about 90 minutes on the highest heat setting and about an hour on the highest cool setting.
A vibrating warm wrap for lower back pain
Hyperice’s Venom 2 Back is a neoprene wrap that provides vibration therapy and uniform warmth to your lower back. I use it after hard strength training and whenever my back hurts from bending over my laptop all day. It’s also a game-changer if you suffer from menstrual cramps that extend to your lower back. You can toggle between three heat levels (113, 122, and 131 degrees Fahrenheit) and three vibration frequencies. It promotes circulation, loosens tight muscles, and is a great tool for an overall mobility warm-up. I especially appreciate the 15-minute auto shut-off so I don’t have to worry about overdoing it.
