This is a cordless straightener that has a little charging stand that it can sit on, making it easy to charge and hold when you’re ready to use it. All of our curly-haired testers approved of this straightener, although it does have a bit of a learning curve with its segmented plates.

If you want to straighten your hair right out of the shower, the AirStraight is Dyson’s go-to wet-to-dry straightener. It has inspired many people, but if you want the real thing, now is the right time to buy it during the sale. While some of our curly testers still needed regular hair straighteners to complete the look, WIRED reviewer Kat Merk (who has mid-back length 3a curly hair) said this tool still significantly cuts down her styling time.

Dyson makes our favorite tabletop air purifier, the HushJet. It stands only 1 1/2 feet tall and weighs 7 pounds, and is best used in a small room like an office or bedroom.
