I didn’t know what to expect from Amazon’s Black Friday Kindle deals, but I’m amazed. The price of each device has dropped to its lowest price ever, and there are some key specifications. The best discounted Kindle e-reader is the Kindle ColorSoft. It’s down to $169.99, saving a surprising $80 from its $249.99 price tag. While I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the device at full price, I do think it’s an exceptional deal ahead of Black Friday.

ColorSoft has all the benefits of Paperwhite; It’s waterproof, has adjustable warmth and brightness, and has an extremely long battery life of eight weeks. But the bonus? It has full color displays so you can enjoy graphic novels and book covers in full detail.

However, if you’re not interested in ColorSoft, there are plenty of other great deals to purchase, including the basic Kindle at its lowest price ever.
