Apple announced the Apple Watch SE 3 in September and it comes with a few upgrades over the previous model. For starters, the battery can last up to 18 hours which means most people’s watch can last for a day.
Plus, it recharges quickly. Apple says a 15-minute recharge will give you eight hours of battery life. This means you can recharge it while watching a show or reading before bed and then turn it back on before going to sleep to track sleep metrics. According to Apple, the battery will reach 80% in a 45-minute charging session.
