Backstreet Boy Sues Sunbather, 67, Caught on His Private Beach

Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell is suing a senior citizen for letting him sunbathe on his private beach.

Littrell, who lives in a beachside mansion in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, sued Caroline Barrington Hill, 67, after she allegedly trespassed on his property several times between late April and mid-September.

According to the Daily Mail, the singer, 50, and his wife Leighann, 56, accused Hill of “annoying, intimidating and harassing the Littrell family” by making multiple “unauthorized entries” onto their private beach, which the Littrells say is clearly marked.

Littrell is an original member of the Backstreet Boys, formed in 1993.

Littrell’s latest legal move comes just four months after he sued the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, which he claims is not doing a good enough job of keeping beachgoers off his property.

Littrell’s property manager has been accused and even caught on camera as one of the opponents of repeated fights over the property. However, according to local officials, several people reported feeling threatened when he approached them while they were drilling.

Littrell’s LLC BLB Beach Hut bought the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home in 2023 and has been having trouble keeping people off the property since then, according to property records obtained by The Associated Press.

In his lawsuit against the Sheriff’s Office, Littrell said that “no trespassing” signs, chairs, umbrellas and tables placed on his part of the beach did little to deter “numerous trespassers”, whom he said “regularly, every day, trespass and harass, intimidate and harass the Littrell family.”

The pop star also alleged that a local officer called to disperse the trespassers was caught on bodycam saying that he “doesn’t agree with private beaches” and that Littrell’s behavior was “insane.”

A few months after the Littrells purchased the property, a TikTok went viral that showed Littrell arguing with a man who had come to the beach with his wife.
