Melbourne metro tunnel will open on 30 November

Coalition drama continues during meeting to discuss climate policy

The ongoing drama over the Coalition’s climate policy continues this afternoon, with Liberal and National MPs preparing to join a virtual party room meeting over the next hour. They will discuss a joint energy and emissions policy for the next election, days after the Liberals formally decided to drop support for net zero by 2050 policies.
