Best Aura Frame Deals

Aura’s 10-inch Carver frame is a long-time favorite of mine and has the best selling price right now. Both the regular frame design and the mat design are discounted by $139, although this is a bigger discount for the Carver Mat as it usually sells for a higher price. The Carver Matte is prettier with its matte-style frame, and both Carver designs sit in landscape mode only, but can show portrait-oriented photos side by side. You can also get the Holiday Exclusive Stone Edition of the Carver with a more textured frame on sale for $149.

The next best discount is on Aura’s largest frame, the Aura Walden. This 15-inch frame is similar to the Carver Mat with a mat-style design, but it has a flat back and the ability to mount it on a wall. It can be rotated to landscape or portrait mode at any time. This is my favorite because it is large enough that it can be placed in a corner and the photos can be easily enjoyed from anywhere in the room.

If you’re looking for something that isn’t as large as 15 inches, but still want something that can be rotated or mounted on a wall, the Aura Aspen is a 12-inch digital photo frame that falls somewhere between the Carver Mat and the Walden. From unlimited free photo storage to easy-to-use apps, you’ll get the same experience you get on others. It doesn’t have that big of a discount compared to others, but overall it’s a good size and price for what you get.

What’s not on sale at Aura?

Sadly, Aura’s newest, best digital photo frame is no longer on sale. The Aura Ink ($499) is Aura’s first e-ink digital photo frame that has a battery, so you can mount it on the wall without any wires underneath it. It has an algorithm for turning photos into newspaper-like prints on an e-ink screen, which actually look surprisingly detailed despite only being able to use six colors. This is an expensive frame, so it is worthless and not on sale.
