Ames drivers license station employee assaulted, police say

                    A man was arrested Tuesday after investigators say he assaulted an employee at a Department of Transportation building. Oliver Eugene Moody, 86, was arrested Tuesday. Ames Police say Moody was at the driver's license station for an appointment when he became upset with an employee. According to police, Moody pushed the employee into a corner and struck the employee in the face. He was booked into the Story County Jail and charged with assault causing bodily injury. Oliver Eugene Moody, 86, was arrested Tuesday. Ames Police say Moody was at the driver’s license station for an appointment when he became upset with an employee. According to police, Moody pushed the employee into a corner and struck him in the face.
