OGDEN, Utah (KUTV) – An amber alert was issued for the Weber County area.
Christopher Thomas Wiggins, 35, is accused of kidnapping 13-year-old Jessica Francisco.
Wiggins, a registered sex offender, is 5’6”, 120 pounds and has blonde/violet hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be driving a white 2013 Hyundai Sonata with Utah plate A999FH.
He was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt and a black Big O Tires jacket.
Francisco is 4’6”, 90 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing Dr. Pepper pajama pants, a white hoodie, and pink slippers.
Wiggins was believed to be armed with a handgun.
