Cloudflare, a networking company that provides DDoS protection and delivery services for many companies around the world, is facing a major problem that is shutting down sites on the web. When users try to access X, ChatGPT and even outage-tracking website DownDetector they get an error message saying “Please unblock challenges.cloudflare.com to proceed.”
We have made changes that allowed Cloudflare access and WARP to be recovered. Error levels for Access and WARP users have returned to pre-incident rates.
We have re-enabled WARP access in London.
We are continuing to work towards restoring other services.
