Mashable’s Samantha Mangino put Ninja’s kitchen lineup through the wringer, and the Ninja Crispy came out as the best alternative to the air fryer. Detachable glass baskets increase the convenience factor on an already convenient appliance, allowing food preparation and storage in the same container you cook in. When it comes time to clean, the glass baskets can be popped straight into the dishwasher. Although there is the drawback of not having a manual temperature adjustment, Mangino never found that it really affected the way the food cooked, saying that everything came out crisp on the outside and puffed on the inside as expected.
